Premier Woodprofile Sdn Bhd ("PWSB"), which was incorporated in 1992, is a key subsidiary of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ("DEB"). With an initial workforce of just 10 people, PWSB was set up initially to produce PVC-wrapped profiles and other MDF furniture components on an industrial site located in Kulai, Johor, Malaysia.
The factory is strategically located near the North-South Highway and is about 40km from Johor Bahru, Malaysia and 50km from Singapore.
In 1996, PWSB invested in new machineries and expanded the plant to produce Asia's first environmentally friendly water-based white primed coated MDF mouldings in Malaysia.

Today, PWSB has a workforce of more than 100 people and is proud to be a leading producer of high quality primed and wrapped mouldings such as skirtings, casings (architraves), dado rails, doorjambs, window boards, wall panels, flooring accessories etc. With years in woodworking experience and using state-of-the-art machineries, PWSB has the expertise to wrap a wide range of mouldings using materials such as paper foil, veneer, PVC/PP and CPL over solid wood or engineered wood products such as medium density fibreboard, particleboards or plywood.
To date, PWSB's commitment to quality and reliability has earned more than 40 major customers in almost 20 countries worldwide. PWSB is also a proud member of the Malaysia Timber Industry Board, MATRADE, Malaysian Wood Moulding & Joinery Council as well as the Timber Exporter's Association of Malaysia.

Medium density fibreboard, particleboard and plywood are vital common core materials for the furniture-based industries. With this in mind, Bripanel Industries Sdn Bhd ("BISB") started business operations in the year 2000 with the aim of manufacturing laminated wood panel products for the local manufacturers.

BISB is strategically located in Muar, Johor which is at the heart of the multi-billion furniture-manufacturing hub of Malaysia. BISB is proud to count many top major furniture manufacturers in Malaysia as its clients.

| Ecopanel Industries Sdn Bhd ("ECO") |

ECO commenced business in 2005 and is involved in the manufacturing of laminated panel products. With the success and proven business model of BISB, ECO essentially mimics BISB in operations and services new customers found in the northern regions of Peninsula Malaysia.
The Company is strategically located in Butterworth which is dominated by knockdown & do-it-yourself (DIY) furniture manufacturers, furniture material wholesalers and speaker box manufacturers, that use large quantities of ECO's product range.

With experience gained from BISB, ECO has been able to start production within a short time frame without any technical glitches and problems normally associated with new manufacturing facilities. Further, with the combined consumption of raw materials by BISB and ECO, DEB can now as a group benefit from the reduced cost of raw materials such as glue and decorative paper via bulk purchases. This has resulted in lower production costs and higher margins for both companies and make ECO's products more competitively priced.

AWVCL established its presence in Vietnam as a representative office in 2004. In 2007, AWVCL was incorporated as a local company. Construction of the company's factory and warehouse was completed in early 2009 at the Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park II which is located at the fast growing Binh Duong township near Ho Chi Minh city.

With the Dominant group's expertise in the manufacturing of laminated panel products, the factory will hope to replicate the group's successful formula in manufacturing and marketing laminated panel products in Vietnam. Given Vietnam's famed status as one of Asia's fastest growing economy with a vibrant young population, AWVCL is well positioned to tap into the large Vietnamese market.
