The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ('DOMINAN') wishes to announce that an additional Corporate Guarantee of RM5,000,000 (Ringgit Malaysia : Five Million Only) making a total of RM7,400,000 (Ringgit Malaysia : Seven Million And Four Hundred Thousand Only) in favour of Affin Bank Berhad ('AFFINBANK') to guarantee AFFINBANK for the Revised Banking Facilities granted to DOMINAN's wholly-owned subsidiary, Premier Woodprofile Sdn. Bhd. had been executed.
