The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ('DOMINAN') is pleased to announce that a final dividend of 1 sen less 25% tax in respect of the Company's financial year ended 31 March 2010 has been proposed. The proposed final dividend will be subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 18th Annual General Meeting of DOMINAN.
The entitlement and payment dates of the final dividend will be announced at a later date.
