The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ('DOMINAN') wishes to announce that an additional Corporate Guarantee of RM1,000,000 (Ringgit Malaysia : One Million Only) in favour of RHB Bank Berhad ('RHB') to guarantee RHB for the Additional Banking Facilities granted to DOMINAN's wholly-owned subsidiary, Bripanel Industries Sdn. Bhd. had been executed.
