The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ("DEB") wishes to announce that DEB has subscribed for additional 500,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 at par in the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary company, Damai Estate Sdn. Bhd. for a total cash consideration of RM500,000 making the total shares now held to be 1,000,000.

Interest of Directors, Major Shareholders and Persons Connected with them

None of the Directors and substantial shareholders of DEB or person connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect in the subscription.
