The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ('DOMINANT') wishes to announce that a Corporate Guarantee of USD2,500,000 (US Dollars : Two Million And Five Hundred Thousand Only ) in favour of United Overseas Bank, Ho Chi Minh City ('UOB') to guarantee UOB for the Banking Facilities granted to DOMINANT's wholly-owned subsidiary in Vietnam, Akati Wood (Vietnam) Co. Ltd. had been executed.
