The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ('DOMINANT') wishes to announce that a Corporate Guarantee of RM500,000 (Ringgit Malaysia : Five Hundred Thousand Only) has been executed in favour of Messrs. Southern Steel Mesh Sdn. Bhd., a supplier of DOMINANT's wholly-owned subsidiary, Jurihan Sdn. Bhd. ('JURIHAN') for the supply of goods to JURIHAN.
