The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ('DOMINAN') wishes to announce that an additional Corporate Guarantee of RM1,300,000 (Ringgit Malaysia : One Million And Three Hundred Thousand Only) in favour of EON Bank Berhad ('EONBANK') to guarantee EONBANK for additional credit facilities granted to DOMINAN's wholly-owned subsidiary, Ecopanel Industries Sdn. Bhd., had been executed.
