The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ('DOMINAN') wishes to announce that a Corporate Guarantee of RM6,000,000 (Ringgit Malaysia : Six Million Only) in favour of United Overseas BAnk (Malaysia) Berhad ('UOB') to guarantee UOB for the Banking Facilities granted to DOMINAN's wholly-owned subsidiary, Damai Estate Sdn. Bhd., had been executed.
