Working experience and occupation

Admitted as Registered Accountant of the Singapore Society of Accountants in 1978. He started a trading and distribution of wood-based products company in Singapore, namely Akati Pte. Ltd., which was eventually restructured to Akati Impex Pte. Ltd. The trading business grew rapidly and this prompted him to set up Ikta Sdn. Bhd. and Combi Trading Sdn. Bhd. to capture the market of Malaysia. With his entrepreneurship and long-term strategic view, he successfully established the manufacturing operations of Premier Woodprofile Sdn. Bhd. and Bripanel Industries Sdn. Bhd. in 1994. He is the main driving force behind the Dominant Group and is actively involved in its overall operations and corporate planning
