The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ('DOMINAN') wishes to announce that a Corporate Guarantee of RM3,000,000 (Ringgit Malaysia : Three Million Only) in favour of AmIslamic Bank Berhad ('AMISLAMIC') to guarantee AMISLAMIC for the Islamic Banking Facilities granted to DOMINAN's wholly-owned subsidiary, Ikta Sdn. Bhd. had been executed.
