The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ('DEB') are pleased to inform that it has pursuant to the Bye-Law 19.3 of the Employee Share Option Scheme ("ESOS") approved the extension of duration of ESOS for another five (5) years from 2 August 2009 to 2 August 2014.
Notice of the above extension will be served on each grantee.
