The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ('DOMINAN') wishes to announce that the above mentioned Corporate Guarantees of RM5,000,000 (Ringgit Malaysia : Five Million Only) each in favour of HSBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad to guarantee HSBC for the Banking Facilities granted to DOMINAN's wholly-owned subsidiary, Combi Trading Sdn.
