The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ("DOMINAN") wishes to announce the proposal to appoint Mr. Owee Geok Choon, who is currently an Executive Director of DOMINAN, as the Deputy Managing Director of DOMINAN to be effective from 1 January 2010.
