The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ('DOMINAN') wishes to announce that a Corporate Guarantee of RM6,000,000 (Ringgit Malaysia : Six Million Only) in favour of Affin Bank Berhad ('AFFIN BANK') to guarantee AFFIN BANK for the Revised Banking Facilities granted to DOMINAN's wholly-owned subsidiary, Bripanel Industries Sdn. Bhd. had been executed.
