The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ('DOMINAN') wishes to announce that a Corporate Guarantee of RM5,000,000 (Ringgit Malaysia : Five Million Only) in favour of OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad ('OCBC') to guarantee OCBC for the Credit Facilities granted to DOMINAN's wholly-owned subsidiary, Ikta Sdn. Bhd. had been executed.
