Dominant Enterprise Berhad ("DEB") was incorporated in Malaysia on 19 July 1991 as a private limited company under the name of Dominant Enterprise Sdn Bhd. The Company was subsequently converted into a public limited company on 7 August 2002 and adopted its present name. DEB was successfully listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Berhad on 20 October 2003 and it has transferred to the Main Board on 20 October 2005. The authorized share capital of the Company is RM 100,000,000 comprising 200,000,000 DEB shares. The existing issued and paid up capital is RM 62,001,740 comprising 124,003,480 DEB shares.
